He was an up and coming Jewish leader who was climbing the ranks when Jesus stepped in and he was also born a Roman citizen which will open other doors to him for the Gospel. I know in the moment, the things we go through don’t seem to be important, but God takes those things that have formed us and uses them in partnership with us to spread the Gospel where only we can.
