Day 276 — Mark 10:35–45 — Serve First
Article | October 10th, 2026
In Episode 276 of the 2 Minute Disciple, we explore Mark 10:35-45 and Jesus's radical teaching on leadership. This episode reveals that in God's kingdom, leadership is inverted from worldly leadership. While the world's rulers lord their authority over others and flaunt their power, Jesus teaches that whoever wants to be a leader must be a servant, and whoever wants to be first must be the slave of everyone else. Through Jesus's own example—coming not to be served but to serve, and giving His life as a ransom for many—we discover what true greatness looks like. Through guided meditation and a practical daily habit of humble service, learn how to lead by serving and to measure greatness by how many you serve. Join us as we explore what it means to lead like Jesus in an upside-down kingdom.
