Day 266 — Luke 17:22-25 — Light Up The Sky
Article | September 30th, 2026
In Episode 266 of the 2 Minute Disciple, we explore Luke 17:22-25 and Jesus's teaching about His return. This episode reveals that Jesus's return is certain—as unmistakable as lightning lighting up the sky from one end to the other. But before that moment comes, there will be false messiahs, false hopes, and distractions designed to pull our focus away. Jesus warns His disciples not to be fooled, to stay focused, and to remember that the cross comes before the crown, suffering before vindication. Through guided meditation and a practical daily habit of expectant readiness, learn how to identify false hopes in your life and commit to watching for Jesus's return. Join us as we explore what it means to live in hopeful anticipation of Jesus's unmistakable return.
